Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese & Alfalfa Bagel

Ingredients (serves 4)

4 bagels

150g cream cheese, softened

100g smoked salmon

½ red onion, finely sliced

1 punnet alfalfa

1 tbsp baby capers

Few sprigs of dill

1 lemon, cut into wedges


  • Slice bagels in half and spread bottom half with cream cheese.
  • Top with smoked salmon, onion, alfalfa, capers and dill.
  • Place the remaining bagel half on top and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
