    Asian Sprout Salad (Serves 4)



    1 cup Crunchy Combo Sprouts
    100g Bean Sprouts (tail removed)
    50g Snow Pea Sprouts (cut in half & stalks discarded)
    100g sugar snap peas
    1/2 bunch chives cut into 2cm lengths
    1 stick celery halved and sliced into 4cm lengths
    1/2 cucumber quartered lengthways and sliced into 4cm lengths
    handful of coriander leaves
    1 tablespoon shredded mint
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds to finish

    2 tablespoons light soy sauce
    2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons peanut oil
    1 tablespoons mirin
    1 tablespoon finely sliced red chilli
    1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)


    1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and gently toss.
    2. Top with sesame seeds.
    3. Combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.
    4. Lightly drizzle dressing over salad.
