Alfalfa Sprouts & Ham Rolls

Ingredients (serves 4)

4 wraps

1/2 cup hummus

150g shaved leg ham

1 cucumber, sliced lengthwise

2 tomatoes, chopped

1 cup Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts

2 cups lettuce leaves

½ red onion, finely sliced

Salt and cracked pepper to season

Method:

  • Spread each wrap with hummus.
  • Top with a thin layer of ham, then cucumber, tomato, alfalfa, lettuce and onion.  
  • Season with salt and cracked pepper.
  • Roll up tightly, slice each roll in half and serve.
