PEAR & CRESS SPROUTS SALAD <<back

Serves 4

Serve with fresh bread and cold meat or with any grilled or barbecued meat.

1 punnet of Parilla Fresh Cress Sprouts (Mild or Spicy)
2 pears, unpeeled and sliced
125g smoked cheese, sliced
  • Cut the Cress Sprouts from the sprouting pad.
  • Lay them on a servicing platter or on four individual plates.
  • Layer the pear and cheese slices alternatively o top.
  • For best flavour, allow to rest until the cheese is at room temperature.
