EASY-PEASY SPROUT STIR FRY <<back

Serves 4

Best eaten while the steaks are still hot and juicy.

1 tbs light oil
100g (1 1/2 cups) Snow Peas
1 punnet Parilla Fresh Snow Pea Sprouts
1 tbs finely chopped fresh Mint
2 tbs Lemon juice
1-2 tsp sugar, to taste.
  • Heat the oil in a wok or wide based pan.
  • Saute the Snow Peas for 3 minutes or until bright green and tendr.
  • Add the Snow Pea Sprouts, Mint, Lemon juice and sugar.
  • Toss gently to heat though and serve immediately.
